Joey Bachrodt has extensive work experience in the digital client support and media and entertainment industries. Joey is currently the Director of Digital Client Support at SageNet, a position they started in 2022. Before that, Joey worked at Diversified from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including Project Manager - Media and Entertainment, Manager of Global Services, Supervisor of Global Services, and Tier 2 Agent/Tier 1 Agent.

Joey Bachrodt attended the University of West Georgia, where they studied English. Joey did not obtain a degree from this institution.
