Patrick H.

Patrick H. has a diverse work experience in different roles at multiple companies. Patrick began their career at SageNet as a Test and Turn Up Analyst, where they managed installations and maintained project documentation. Patrick then transitioned to a role as a Network Operations Center Analyst, troubleshooting network issues and handling customer communications. Patrick later assumed the position of SOC Tier 2 Analyst, where they reviewed system-generated tickets and escalated issues as necessary. Currently, they are serving as a SOC Shift Lead at SageNet, handling escalations from Tier 2 analysts and ensuring 24/7 live coverage. Additionally, Patrick has also worked at Rogers State University as a Student Worker and at SageNet as a Temporary Associate.

Patrick H. received their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Education from Tulsa Community College, which they attended from 2008 to 2010. Patrick then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Game Development at Rogers State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
