Michael McDonald

Michael McDonald has a strong background in software engineering and management roles. Michael is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Sagent, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Sagent from August 2020 to September 2021 and the Software Development Manager from March 2019 to August 2020.

Michael McDonald attended Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2020 to 2024, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2004, they studied at ITT Technical Institute and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information System Security. Earlier, from 2000 to 2002, they also attended ITT Technical Institute and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Software Application Programming.

In addition to their formal education, Michael McDonald has acquired several certifications. In 2022, they became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM. In 2019, they obtained The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 Certified certification and The TOGAF® Standard, Version 9.2 certification from The Open Group.
