Courtney Thompson is currently the EVP of Servicing at CMG Financial and the Founder of Consigliera, which focuses on transformation within the mortgage industry. Courtney previously held roles such as EVP, Chief Product Officer at Sagent and SVP of Servicing at Flagstar Bank. With a strong background in real estate and financial services compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters, Courtney has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing systems for mortgage servicing practices. Courtney holds a Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law and a BA Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University.
