Perry Hilzendeger

Perry Hilzendeger currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Servicing at Sagent since February 2023. Prior to this role, Perry was the President of Servicing at Home Point Financial from August 2020 to October 2022. Perry's extensive experience at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included Head of Retail Operations and Senior Vice President roles in Default Services and Real Estate Servicing. Additionally, Perry held the position of Default Services Manager at Wells Fargo Mortgage in 2009. Perry earned a degree from the University of Minnesota between 1986 and 1990.
