Janice Szwec

Janice Szwec has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Janice worked as a Manager of Product Quality at Sagent Pharmaceuticals from February 2021. Prior to that, they held a Senior Quality Engineer/ QA Supervisor role at Becton Dickinson from May 2014 to February 2021. Before Becton Dickinson, they worked at Baxter Healthcare as a Product Surveillance Quality Associate from 2006 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at GE Healthcare, including Quality System Supervisor, Quality Assurance Associate, and Manufacturing Technician/Quality Control Chemist between 1996 and 2006.

Janice Szwec completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1994 to 1996. Janice then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from National Louis University from 2000 to 2002. In July 2018, they obtained a certification called CBA from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
