Tawnee Rozier

Director, Customer Success at Sagetap

Tawnee Rozier is the Director of Customer Success at Sagetap. Tawnee has over 10 years of experience in customer success and account management. Tawnee started their career as an account associate at AchieveGlobal in 2007. In 2009, they became an agent at Blackstone Properties. In 2010, they interned at the NYC Department of Design and Construction and then became a programs assistant at Van Alen Institute: Projects in Public Architecture. In 2012, they joined Gilt.com as a member of their customer service team. The following year they were promoted to account supervisor. In 2017, they left Gilt City to join JOOR as their Senior Customer Success Manager. Tawnee held this position until December 2019 when they joined Sagetap as their Director of Customer Success.

Tawnee Rozier attended Princeton University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied architecture. Tawnee then went on to attend Pratt Institute for their graduate degree.

Tawnee Rozier reports to Sahil Khanna, Co-Founder. They are on a team with Eric Wright - Head of Design, Mike Goodman - Head of Engineering, and Morgan Safford - Director, Product Management.
