Marco Vega Seeberger

Marco Vega Seeberger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marco is currently the Founder and CEO of SageWealth, a digital private bank for conscious Millennials. Under their leadership, the company has achieved significant traction, with users investing over €600k sustainably and experiencing a 25% month-on-month growth. Additionally, SageWealth was selected for the Fast Track Malmo accelerator program.

Previously, Marco worked at Fast Track Malmo as a Portfolio Company and Alumni, where SageWealth was chosen among 500 applicants to join the 2022 batch. Fast Track Malmo supports high-potential teams in accelerating their growth and securing their first VC round.

Prior to these roles, Marco worked as a Business Consultant at Sapien Consulting, where they assisted startups and NGOs in implementing insights from psychology and cognitive neuroscience into the workplace. Marco'sresponsibilities included conducting workshops, training, and providing one-on-one coaching to enhance leadership, communication, and work habits. Notable clients included Safetywing, Proveg Incubator, Greenbuzz Berlin, and NAMA & Climate Investment Funds Germany.

Marco also served as an Organizational Development Manager at ProVeg International, Europe's largest food awareness non-profit. During their tenure, they improved internal communication and productivity by implementing Slack and Wrike for all 100 employees. Marco also assisted departments in clarifying their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supported the early development of the ProVeg incubator.

Furthermore, Marco has experience as a Founder and CEO of Nootropics.com, where they successfully built an evidence-based and user-friendly B2C e-commerce platform for brain supplements. Within two years of launch, the company achieved $500k in annual recurring revenue and had a successful exit.

Prior to their professional career, Marco worked as an Associate Researcher at the University of Sussex.

Marco Vega Seeberger completed a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Philosophy at the University of Sussex from 2010 to 2013. Marco then pursued a Master of Science - MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience at the same university from 2013 to 2014.
