Mike Fleitman, PE, MBA has held various roles throughout their work experience. Mike started their career as an Engineer at TXU Energy in 1986 and worked their way up to become a Senior Key Account Executive. In 2005, they became the Executive Director at Mecosta County Development Corporation. Mike then founded their own company, The Fleitman Group, where they worked as the Principal from 2007 to 2009. Since then, they have held several executive positions at Sagiliti, including Director of Operations and Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently, EVP and Chief Operating Officer. Mike's experience spans across operations, business development, and leadership roles.
Mike Fleitman, PE, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University (1981-1985). Mike also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Iowa (2003-2005). Additionally, they have earned the Professional Engineer certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in December 1992.
