Lisa Anderson

Lisa Anderson is an accomplished payroll and benefits professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll Benefits & Compliance at HGS Healthcare since November 2021, Lisa previously held the position of VP of Payroll & Benefit Services at HUB International, where oversight included payroll and tax administration across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Earlier roles encompassed leadership positions such as Director of People Services at Falcon Holdings Management, responsible for payroll processing for 2,500 employees and subject matter expertise in various employment regulations.
