Micha Roon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership, particularly in the blockchain and web3 sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha Roon provides training and mentorship to foster innovation for startups, enterprises, and government entities. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha Roon focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued additional studies in Fintech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
