Jennifer Wilde

Jennifer Wilde has over 30 years of experience in the recruiting industry. Jennifer began their career as a Physician Recruiter at Emergency Consultants, Inc in 1991, where they worked for five years. Jennifer then worked at Talent Tree as a Recruiter and Account Representative for four years before joining Accenture and CNS as a Contract Recruiter for one year. In 2002, they started working at Horizon Bay Retirement Living, where they held multiple roles, including Corporate Director of Recruiting and Director of Recruiting, responsible for shaping the company's culture and attracting top talent. In 2010, they moved on to Sagora Senior Living as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Elison at Pinecrest.
