In 2002, they started working at Horizon Bay Retirement Living, where they held multiple roles, including Corporate Director of Recruiting and Director of Recruiting, responsible for shaping the company's culture and attracting top talent. In 2010, they moved on to Sagora Senior Living as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Elison at Pinecrest.
