Venkatesh Sankaran

Venkatesh Sankaran has a long and varied work experience. Venkatesh began their career in 1994 with IBM, Panduit, HCL, Technossus, Global Respondez, and Systems Task Group in relationship and technology related business development roles. In 2009, they founded, became president of, and a music teacher at SUR Academy and Foundation, a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization based in Irvine, CA. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of both Human Gene Exploration Technologies LLC and SAGUNA CONSULTING SERVICES LLC. In 2018, they took on the roles of Advisor for HUMhain and Technology Partner for SharedChain. In 2020, they became a Charter Member of TiE SoCal and in 2021, they became a Health Tech Advisor for BeatMySugar.

Venkatesh Sankaran obtained a Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar between 1989 and 1994. Venkatesh then went on to obtain a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management between 1995 and 1997.
