Manish Mirwani has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Manish is currently the Global Head of Talent at Sahaj Software, a technology consulting company. Previously, they held the position of Head of Talent - APAC at the same company. Prior to Sahaj Software, Manish worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Research & Sourcing Manager at Commonwealth Bank. Manish was responsible for hiring staff in various areas such as functional programming, data science, cyber security, and more. Before that, they held recruitment roles at ThoughtWorks, where they served as a Lead in Australia and Singapore, as well as a Manager in India. Manish also worked as a Recruiter at Altran, handling end-to-end talent acquisition activities in the telecom domain. Manish'searlier experiences include working as an HR Executive at Ericsson and as an HR Graduate and HR Intern at Altran and Tata Consultancy Services, respectively.
Manish Mirwani holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University. Manish also has a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in October 2016, and a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certificate from LinkedIn Certification in October 2015.
