SAHMRI
Elina Hypponen is a prominent academic and researcher in the field of epidemiology, currently serving as a NHMRC Leadership Fellow, Director of the Australian Centre for Precision Health, Professor of Nutritional and Genetic Epidemiology, and Centre Director of Population Health Research at the University of South Australia since September 2013. Elina holds an adjunct professorship in Epidemiology at Tampere University and a Senior Principal Research Fellow position at SAHMRI. Previous roles include Honorary Professor of Epidemiology at UCL and Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Tampere.
