Girish started their career in 2003 as a Senior Customer Service Associate at WNS Global Services, where they assisted in formulating strategies and managing team records. Girish then joined Homeward Residential, Inc. in 2007 as a Quality Analyst, where they supervised a team of 39 people and monitored their performance. In 2014, they joined Sahyadri Industries Ltd as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, where they handled the MIS team for budget creation.
