Keshia Martin has over a decade of work experience, starting from their role as a Receptionist at LRN in 2009. Keshia later transitioned to become a Technical Support Specialist, where they took ownership of technical issues and worked with cross-functional teams to find solutions. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Manager at LRN, building lasting relationships with clients and driving project plans. Keshia also served as a Learning Management System Administrator, developing and deploying courses for an American multinational technology company.
