Shawn Robinette

Shawn Robinette is an experienced maintenance professional with a robust background in fleet management spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance - East at Saia Inc. since April 2017, Shawn previously held the position of Regional Maintenance Manager. Prior roles include Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager and Vehicle Maintenance Manager at Valley Proteins Inc., where management of a 1,000+ vehicle fleet and the implementation of key performance indicators significantly improved operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes positions as a Diesel Technician and Diesel Mechanic, demonstrating hands-on expertise in vehicle repair and compliance with safety standards. Throughout the career, Shawn has consistently applied methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma to enhance maintenance operations and work practices.
