Douglas Clark

Douglas Clark is an accomplished leader in project and program management with extensive experience across various organizations, including roles as Principal Project Manager at SAIC and RGNext, and Program Manager at ProActive Technologies, LLC. Douglas has a strong background in business development, having served as Vice President and Director of Business Development at Metters Incorporated, where a successful business plan was created to support corporate goals. Additional experience includes managing multiple programs at Cubic Defense Applications and Daedalus Technologies, managing large-scale contracts, and developing capture plans. Douglas holds a Master's degree in Management and two undergraduate degrees in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University.
