Gary Samuels

Gary Samuels possesses extensive experience in IT management and operations, currently serving as the End User Operation Manager at SAIC since June 2024. Previous roles include Program Manager and Deputy Operations Manager at ValidaTek, Inc., where responsibilities included managing EL1 and EL2 Data Center Engineers. Prior to that, Gary held the position of Operations Manager at Advanced Systems Development, overseeing various IT teams supporting the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. Gary's career began at IDEA Servcom, progressing through roles at Nordstrom, AASTRA USA, and other organizations, demonstrating a strong foundation in telecommunications, IT support, and operations management. Education includes an Associate's Degree in Electronics from Brick Computer Science Institute and training from Career Technical Institute. Certifications include PMP and ITIL v3.
