Kelly Golden

Kelly Golden is an experienced communications leader with a robust background in strategic integrated communications, brand management, and crisis communications. Currently serving as Communications Lead for the Civilian Business Group at SAIC since August 2024, Kelly previously held various roles at BAE Systems, Inc., including Vice President of Employee and Executive Communications, where significant contributions included developing communication campaigns that supported business growth and protected brand reputation. Kelly's expertise also encompasses leading external communications and marketing strategies within the Land & Armaments sector, with a proven track record of enhancing media relations and community engagement. Kelly holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BA in Communications/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
