Swati Dhopte has two years of professional experience. From 2018-2019, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Rahitech Solution. Swati then joined Saicon in 2019 as a Professional Recruiter. At Saicon, they provided Information Technology (IT) Professional Services (Project Services, Team Services, and Staff Augmentation) and Non-IT Services (Legal and Financial) to Government agencies (Federal, State and Local) and Commercial clients locally and nationwide.

Swati Dhopte completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Karamvir Dadasaheb Kannamwar Engineering College, Nandanvan in 2015. Swati then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the Renaissance Institute of Management Studies, New Chandrapur, which they completed in 2018.
