Alex Liang

Alex Liang is a Venture Partner at SAIF Partners. His primary investments are in internet, mobile internet, and technology areas. Mr. Liang’s recent activities include investing US companies that have potentials in China. Prior to joining SAIF in 2011, Mr. Liang was Founder and CEO of PICA, one of the earliest mobile internet companies in China. Before that, Mr. Liang was Vice President at Asia Netcom heading strategies for its pan-Asia data network services. He also served as Vice President at 21vianet, China’s leading Internet Data Center company.

Mr. Liang has a Master’s Degree in Computer Networking from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Communications from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
