Jared Findlater

Jared Findlater has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jared is currently the Director of Training + Talent Acquisition at Saige Partners since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Desk Recruiter at Search Partners Group from March 2021 to July 2022. From January 2018 to March 2021, Jared served as a Business Development Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they also held the positions of Senior Healthcare Recruiter from October 2016 to January 2018, and Healthcare Recruiter from August 2015 to January 2018. Jared worked briefly as a Business Development Manager at RevLocal from March 2015 to August 2015. Before that, Jared gained management experience as a Management Trainee at Penske Logistics from November 2014 to February 2015, and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from May 2014 to November 2014, where they excelled in sales and fleet management. Additionally, Jared worked as a Team Leader at LeadAmerica in June and July 2012, where they led and facilitated various medical scenarios and events. Throughout their career, Jared has demonstrated leadership skills, sales expertise, and a strong background in healthcare recruiting and business development.

Jared Findlater attended Iowa Valley Jr/Sr High School from 2005 to 2009. Jared then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry at Bellarmine University from 2009 to 2014.
