Cristina Castillo

Cristina Castillo is an experienced program manager with a robust background in project and budget management within the environmental and conservation sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager for Ocean Data at Saildrone Inc, Cristina ensures customer satisfaction and retention while facilitating cross-team communication and driving continuous improvement. Prior roles include managing the Wildlife Health Program at the Wildlife Conservation Society and coordinating complex marine research expeditions for the California Academy of Sciences. With a foundation in research project coordination at the Smithsonian Institution and experience in STEM youth engagement, Cristina holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
