Jenn Virskus

Jenn Virskus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenn has worked as a Director of Marketing at Saildrone Inc since 2018, where they lead a marketing team and is responsible for content creation, media relations, and social media management. Prior to that, they worked as a Writer, Editor, SEO & Content Marketing Consultant as a freelancer from 2013 to 2021, covering a wide range of subjects. Jenn also has experience as a Marketing Director at European Cabinets & Design Studios from 2014 to 2019, where they managed website content, PR, and social media. Jenn has worked as a Journalist at Narrative Content Group, Editor at SmartBrief, and Content Writer at Quantum Sails. Additionally, they have experience in content writing and graphic design at Opticos Design, Inc. Jenn started their career as a Creative Writing Instructor at A Home Within, working with foster care teenagers and young adults. Jenn also served as an Art Director at Aspen Magazine and founded the Kalnų Ereliai Ski Team, a non-profit organization promoting skiing for children.

Jenn Virskus holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing from the California College of the Arts, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Jenn also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Distributive Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned from 1995 to 2003. Additionally, they studied French and Photography at the Universite de Haute Bretagne, Rennes II in 1998-1999, and the Lithuanian Language at Vilnius University in 1997. Jenn Virskus also has a certification from the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA - AASI).
