Nicolas Vincent

Nicolas Vincent has had extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Nicolas began their career as an Engagement Manager at Sia Partners, where they worked on designing and implementing recommendations for Fortune 500 companies. Nicolas then moved on to Rocket Internet GmbH, where they served as the Global Venture Development Manager, launching Payleven in the UK. Afterward, they joined PayPal as the Head of Commercial Strategy, Key Accounts UK, and later became the Senior Manager of Strategic Projects EMEA. During their time at PayPal, they delivered significant value in mobile payments and identified opportunities for growth. Following their tenure at PayPal, Nicolas joined Google as the Head of Channel Sales - Northern Europe, where they accelerated channel sales revenue and launched the Global Payments Center of Excellence. Nicolas then transitioned to Qover as the Chief Commercial Officer, driving a strong deal flow and executing a successful commercial strategy. Nicolas co-founded 4.5.6, a DTC Beauty Tech company, before founding both Pawa, a Pet Health InsurTech operating as an MGA, and Sailkick, a collective of skilled entrepreneurs specializing in strategy and execution. Currently, they are the Founder and Managing Partner at Sailpeak, a pioneering management consulting firm focusing on strategy and operations.

Nicolas Vincent pursued a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from Télécom Paris between 2002 and 2004. Nicolas later completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the London Business School from 2011 to 2013.
