Phoebe Hung is currently the Product Counsel at SailPoint, where they leverage their expertise as a trilingual intellectual property attorney with a focus on startups, technology, and sustainability. Previously, they have held roles at notable firms such as Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Paul Hastings, where they litigated patent matters and provided counsel on technology and commercial transactions. Phoebe also contributed to the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic, assisting startups with regulatory compliance and venture capital negotiations. They earned a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
