Shailie Thakkar

Shailie Thakkar is a skilled User Experience Research professional with extensive experience in various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Senior User Experience Research Practice Lead at SailPoint since March 2021, Shailie has previously held key roles such as Consulting Principal at Daito Design, Senior Design Researcher and Service Designer at Getaround, and UX Researcher at Mapbox and Jaguar Land Rover. Experience also includes contracting as a UX Researcher at Lyft and participating in the Accelerated Leadership Development Program at Intel Corporation, where Shailie focused on transportation and autonomous vehicle experiences. Shailie's foundational expertise was further developed through internships at SAP Labs and eBay, contributing to innovative design and research initiatives. Shailie Thakkar holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors, Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin.
