Emilia del Carmen Marina Sieira

Emilia del Carmen Marina Sieira began their work experience in 2005 as the Manager of Financial Audit, Compliance, and Business Consulting at Deloitte. In this role, they were responsible for conducting financial audits and controls for both listed and non-listed companies, as well as multinational groups. Emilia del Carmen also provided advice on IPO processes in the US and Spain, including the adaptation of financial statements to IFRS.

In 2017, Emilia co-founded Sailwiz, where they held the position of CFO. Emilia del Carmen later took on the role of Co-Founder. Sailwiz is a company that offers sailing experiences.

As of now, Emilia is still with Sailwiz as the CFO, but it is unclear when they began this role.

Emilia del Carmen Marina Sieira completed their Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo between the years 2000 and 2005. Later, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (E.M.B.A.) from Esade, beginning in 2016 and concluding in 2017.
