Catherine Bailey

Catherine Bailey is an experienced professional in the beverage industry, currently serving as a Senior Buyer for Wine at Sainsbury's since May 2020, after previously holding the position of Range Analyst for Beer, Wine, and Spirits. Prior to joining Sainsbury's, Catherine gained expertise in management consulting as a Senior Associate and Associate at PwC from September 2016 to March 2020, and completed an Assurance Internship at the firm in June 2014. Catherine's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Newcastle University and a WSET Wine Level 2 certification obtained in April 2021, complemented by A Level studies in Economics, Maths, and History at Grammar School at Leeds.
