Duncan MacKenzie

Duncan Mackenzie possesses extensive experience in internal operations and communications management within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Internal Operations Communications Manager for Sainsbury's since June 2022, Duncan previously held the position of Retail Stores Trade Manager at New Look, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating trade activities for the leading womenswear retailer. Prior to that, Duncan worked as the Internal Communications & Planning Manager at WHSmith, managing communications for over 600 locations. Additional roles include Home Operations Supervisor at Hostmaker, focusing on property management, and Assistant Manager at Screwfix, where a progression from the Retail Operations Graduate scheme to management was achieved.
