Mladen Georgiev

Mladen Georgiev is a leadership engineer at Sainsbury's since November 2016, overseeing digital engineering initiatives. Mladen has held various senior engineering roles, including principal engineer and head of engineering, where notable achievements include the creation of a dynamic pricing engine and the launch of ML-powered personalized offers, recognized as a top-performing engineer in 2022.
