Natalie Dunn is an experienced leader in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Sainsbury's since 2009, where roles also include Head of Product - Food Digital, Head of Instore Digital, and Head of Customer Experience. Natalie has been instrumental in championing customer-focused initiatives and developing cross-functional online marketing strategies for Sainsbury's. In addition to extensive experience in various marketing and management roles at Sainsbury's, including Senior Category Planner and Senior Brand Advertising Manager, Natalie has also contributed as a Trustee and Director at the Mindfulness in Schools Project since February 2021. Earlier education includes a BA Hons in Advertising and Marketing from Lancaster University and participation in Sainsbury’s graduate scheme.
