Rachel O'Donnell

Rachel O'Donnell is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in corporate tax management and reporting. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Tax at Sainsbury's since January 2023, Rachel has previously held significant positions at Tag as Lead Governance and Global Corporate Tax, and at Lightsource bp in an interim compliance and reporting role. Additional roles include Interim Head of Group Tax Reporting at ITV and various tax management positions within Royal Mail and Whitbread. Rachel's career began at Robson Rhodes and included a notable tenure at PwC as Senior Corporate Tax Manager. Educational qualifications include a degree in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Brighton, alongside credentials from ICAEW and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
