Ande Diaz

Chief Diversity Officer at Saint Anselm College

Ande Diaz is the current Chief Diversity Officer at Saint Anselm College. Ande has held this position since June 2014. Prior to their current role, Ande served as the Associate Dean & Director at Roger Williams University from August 2007 to June 2014. From April 2005 to December 2007, they were a Research Associate & Evaluation Consultant at Tufts University. Ande's career in higher education began at Princeton University where they served as the Assistant Dean of Students from August 1997 to July 2004. Ande then returned to their alma mater, Saint Anselm College, for a brief period before starting their own educational consulting firm. Ande Diaz Educational Consulting operated for several years before they were recruited by Harvard University in July 1990 to serve as the Assistant Director of Career Services. Ande held this position for seven years before returning to Princeton in 1997.

Ande Diaz has a Ph.D. in Human & Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, an Ed.M. in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in American Studies with Social Sciences minor from Yale University.

Ande Diaz reports to Joseph A. Favazza, President. They are on a team with Valerie Diaz - EA to the President, Mark W. Cronin - Dean of the College, and Alicia A. Finn - VP of Student Affairs & Dean of Students.
