Courtney Youse

Courtney Youse is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in retail and inventory management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Saint Art since August 2021, Courtney previously held multiple roles at SoulCycle Inc., including Senior Planner for Studio Retail Growth and Studio Growth and Allocation Planner, where strategic leadership led to enhanced retail sales across 100 locations. Prior experience includes positions at Theory as Merchandise Allocation Manager and Ross Stores, Inc. as Location Planning Analyst II, focusing on inventory allocation and performance tracking. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2015.
