SAINT-CARE HOLDING CORPORATION is mainly engaged in the provision of nursing-care services. The Company operates in two business segments. The Nursing-care Service segment provides visiting care service, bathing care service, home care service, nursing care service, welfare device sale and rental services, day care service, dementia rehabilitation communal (group home) service, small-scale multifunction home care service, paid nursing home service with care, short stay care service, housing remodeling service, and regular patrol-type and any time visiting nursing care. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of pets and pet supplies, the operation of veterinary hospital, the provision of manpower dispatching and outsourcing services, data entry, the operation of dispensing pharmacy franchise stores, and shared services, paid employment placement and the sale of nursing care insurance application service provider (ASP) system. On August 1, 2014, it established a subsidiary in Tokyo.
