Cindy Samtmann

Cindy Samtmann has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Chargée d'indemnisation at Saint-Christophe Assurances since April 2010, where responsibilities include technical reference for IRSA, management of complex claims, and participation in conciliation preparation meetings. Cindy has expertise in the CGIRSA convention and Badinter law, and oversees the handling and settlement of personal and fleet claims, including network expert mandates and conventional recourse implementations. Previous experience includes working as a Régleur sinistres at Allianz France, focusing on claim management, and as a broker at Brodowski Assurances, managing a client portfolio and facilitating contract subscriptions.
