Jennifer Hayward

Jennifer Hayward has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jennifer began their career at Celestica in 1999 as a Test Engineering Associate and then progressed to Senior Test Engineering Associate. From there, they became a Site Program Manager, responsible for managing a $30M business and handling customer escalations and product introductions. Jennifer then took on the role of Global Financial Planning and Analysis Advisor before becoming a Global Account Manager, managing customer relationships for a major smartphone account. Jennifer eventually became Director of Operations - Enterprise Segment, where they provided strategic guidance and recommendations on operations and collaborated with finance and business managers to establish strategic plans. Jennifer joined SE Health in 2016 as Director of Operational Quality and later became Vice President of Operations Quality and Performance. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Transformation.

Jennifer Hayward attended the University of Toronto from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a U.T.S. Diploma in Ontario Secondary School. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto from 1994 to 1999.
