Kaiyan Fu

Kaiyan Fu has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kaiyan is currently working at SE Health as the Vice President of Senior's Health and Chief Clinical Executive, where they are responsible for leading clinical operations, implementing care models, and monitoring quality performance. Prior to this role, Kaiyan held the position of Vice President of Clinical Practice, Quality, and Senior's Health at SE Health.

In addition to their work at SE Health, Kaiyan has been involved in various board and director roles. Kaiyan serves as a Board of Governor at North York General Hospital and as a Board of Director at Christian Health Association of Alberta.

Before joining SE Health, Kaiyan worked at Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care as the Provincial Chief Nursing Officer. In this role, they provided strategic advice on health policy and program issues and played a key role in workforce planning and recruitment of nursing resources.

In 2014, Kaiyan Fu obtained a certificate in Not-for-Profit Governance Essentials from the Institute of Corporate Directors/Rotman School of Management. In 2013, Kaiyan Fu completed an Executive Leadership Development - Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Kaiyan Fu holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, earned between 2000 and 2002. In 1991-1995, Kaiyan Fu completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Kaiyan Fu holds certifications including Certified Health Executive (CHE) from the Canadian College of Health Leaders, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Human Resources Professionals Association, and is a Registered Nurse (RN) under the College of Nurses of Ontario.
