Matthew Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matthew is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SE Health since January 2023. Prior to that, Matthew held managerial roles at the Ministry of Government Services, Ontario Ministry of Revenue, and Ontario Ministry of Finance, where they gained expertise in employee relations, learning and workforce planning, organizational design, executive coordination, and labour relations.

Matthew Snyder has a diverse education history. Matthew obtained a Master of Arts in Leadership from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph from 2019 to 2021. In 2017 to 2018, they received a certificate in Executive Education in Health Care Delivery from Harvard Business School, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Matthew also pursued a program in Partnerships in Leadership at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management from 2014 to 2015. Matthew completed the LEADS Internal OPS leadership program from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Leadership. Additionally, Matthew holds a Post-Grad Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, earned in 2001. Their earlier education includes a Hons. BA in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed from 1995 to 1999.
