Ravinder Tulsiani

Ravinder Tulsiani, PhD Candidate, CTDP, PMP, CSSBB has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ravinder started their career at E*TRADE Canada in 2000 as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Trainer before being promoted to oversee a team of brokers. Ravinder then joined Keybase Financial Group Inc./Argosy Securities Inc. in 2004 as a Compliance Manager/Trainer and was later promoted to interim Chief Compliance Officer of Argosy. In 2006, Ravinder joined Training EDGE as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development, where they managed a team responsible for operational learning initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Director at SE Health, a not-for-profit social enterprise, where they are responsible for setting the strategy and implementing digital and blended learning initiatives.

Ravinder Tulsiani is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Leadership at the Swiss School of Business and Management, expected to be completed between 2022 and 2025. In 2012, Ravinder received a Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Schulich School of Business - York University. In 2003, they obtained the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute, specializing in Securities. Prior to that, Ravinder achieved the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM®) designation at the Canadian Securities Institute from 1998 to 2000. Ravinder completed their undergraduate education at Carleton University, earning a Law (BA) degree between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, Ravinder holds various additional certifications in areas such as Change Management, Leadership, Six Sigma, and Project Management. Ravinder obtained these certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn Learn, Lynda.com, Project Management Institute, and Queen's University, between 2020 and 2023.
