Tracy Scott has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Tracy began their career as a Nursing Services Manager at Anishinaabe Mino-Ayaawin from October 1998 to June 2004. Tracy then worked as a Nurse Epidemiologist at First Nations Inuit Health Branch from January 2005 to June 2006. Tracy's most recent role is with SE Health, where they have been since June 2006. Tracy started as the National Director of Education Services and is currently the VP of Education and Indigenous Relations. In their roles, Tracy has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills. Tracy has also excelled in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and financial management. Tracy's expertise extends to new business development, proposal writing, and knowledge translation.

Tracy Scott earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Manitoba from 1986 to 1990. Tracy later pursued a Master of Nursing degree in Community Health and Nursing Leadership at the same university.
