Vinay Balani

Vinay Balani has extensive experience as a PeopleSoft Consultant, having worked with various companies such as SE Health, Aon Hewitt client CIBC, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, York Region, Air Canada, and Chrysler. Vinay has held roles such as PeopleSoft Lead Payroll System Analyst, PeopleSoft Payroll Sr. BA, PeopleSoft Payroll functional consultant, and PeopleSoft Consultant. Vinay has worked on various projects including system upgrades, implementation and integration with payroll, and development of new payroll processes. Vinay has conducted requirement sessions, written requirement documents, and developed test scripts for functional and system tests. Vinay's work experience spans from 2004 to the present.

Vinay Balani obtained an MBA degree from IGNOU in New Delhi, from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their B.Engg degree from Gulbarga University between 1986 and 1990.
