Jill Wilson

Jill Wilson, PHR, RACR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jill is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Saint Francis Healthcare System since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Team Leader in Talent Acquisition at Hospital Sisters Health System from October 2018 to September 2021. Jill also worked as a Divisional Recruiter and HR Generalist at the same company from March 2015 to October 2018.

Before joining Hospital Sisters Health System, Jill worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Lewis Rice LLC from October 2013 to March 2015. Jill also served as a Human Resources Specialist at Allsup, Inc. from May 2011 to September 2013. Jill'sinitial experience in HR came through an internship at CBS Radio from January 2011 to May 2011.

Jill's early career includes serving as a Mass Communications Student Secretary at SIUE from August 2007 to May 2011. Prior to this, they worked as a Teller at First National Bank of Taylorville from April 2005 to August 2007.

Jill Wilson, PHR, RACR obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they hold certifications as a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter from Lean Human Capital, obtained in December 2018, and as a Professional Human Resources from HRCI, obtained in 2016.
