Michael Roper, MBA, BSN, RN has an extensive work experience in healthcare organizations. Beginning in 2009, Michael worked at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in various roles, including as an Emergency Department Technician and Critical Care RN/Medical Response Team member. Later, they became an Assistant Nurse Manager/PCC. In 2018, Michael joined Lakeside Behavioral Health System as the Director of Nursing. After that, they worked at Acadia Healthcare as the Chief Nursing Officer and later as the CEO in Training. Currently, Michael is employed at Saint Francis Hospital - Memphis, where they have held positions such as Critical Care Manager, Director of Critical Care/Inpatient Cardiovascular Services, and is currently serving as the Administrative Director Nursing Services.
Michael Roper, MBA, BSN, RN holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Political Science from The University of Memphis, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010. Michael then pursued a degree in Nursing from the Loewenberg College of Nursing, University of Memphis, completing it from 2012 to 2014. More recently, from 2015 to 2017, Michael obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics, also at the University of Memphis.
