Krystal Knebl

Krystal Knebl has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Krystal started their career at ACR as a Sales and SCD Coordinator, where they managed sales and client databases, coordinated daily job activities, and increased profitability through effective management and marketing strategies. Krystal then worked at AccuQuest Hearing Centers as a Sourcing Coordinator and Database Administrator Consultant, overseeing the recruitment database and streamlining the recruitment lifecycle. After that, they joined AccuQuest Network as a Network Administrator, serving as the point of contact for customer issues, maintaining network relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Krystal then moved to Armstrong Relocation as a Move Coordination Manager, where they managed internal customer databases, implemented process improvements to streamline the move process, and trained new coordinators. Krystal also worked at ALDI USA as an IT Analyst and Corporate Buying Assistant, managing IT projects and system updates, handling content and system development, and managing product offerings and supplier relationships. At TruGreen, Krystal served as an IT Manager, accountable for support activities and implementing a multi-sales channel system. Krystal then returned to Armstrong Relocation as an IT Business Analyst, project managing the development and rollout of web applications, implementing an IT framework, and increasing standardization and efficiencies. Before their current role as an IT Director at Saint-Gobain North America, Krystal worked as a Sr. Systems Project Manager at Monogram Foods, leading multiple capital projects, implementing a new communication platform, and creating a project portfolio management process. Overall, Krystal Knebl has a strong background in IT and project management, with a focus on process improvements, system implementation, and strategic leadership.

Krystal Knebl completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Carthage College from 2006 to 2008. Krystal then pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Economics and Business at Harper College in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Science from McHenry County College between 2004 and 2006. Krystal's high school education was completed at McHenry Community High School - East, where they took advanced Microsoft classes as part of their AP courses and received their H.S. Diploma in 2005.

In terms of certifications, Krystal obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2019 and their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification in December 2018. Krystal also has several other certifications, including Project Portfolio Management Foundations from LinkedIn (obtained in 2022), Introduction to Disciplined Agile from LinkedIn (obtained in 2021), and Project Management Foundations: Stakeholders from LinkedIn (obtained in 2020).
