Ted Sibbick

Ted Sibbick has extensive work experience in the field of microstructure analysis and characterization of concrete, cement, and cementitious systems. Ted has served as a Principal Scientist at Saint-Gobain North America since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at GCP Applied Technologies from 2011 to 2022. In this role, they provided technical consultation and support to R&D product development teams and the sales force in solving complex problems with construction projects. Before that, they worked as a Staff Consultant at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger in 2011, where they conducted investigations and evaluations of deteriorated concrete structures. Ted Sibbick holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Aston University, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Geology from the University of Derby between 1982 and 1985.
