Bethany Salek

Bethany Salek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training, product management, and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Training & Development at Saint-Gobain Surface Solutions since November 2023, Bethany previously held the position of Product Manager at Saint-Gobain Ceramics from March 2023 to November 2023. Prior to this role, Bethany was the Director of Operations at Blueshift Materials, Inc. from June 2021 to March 2023, and served as Plant Manager at both Aurora Plastics, LLC (June 2019 - May 2021) and Saint-Gobain (February 2010 - April 2019). Bethany holds an MBA and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, attended from 1990 to 2000 and 1990 to 1994, respectively, and completed secondary education at Leicester High School from 1986 to 1990.
